When can you deliver one to me?
Once you fill out all contract details and pay Bond delivery & one weeks in advance this can be done asap.
Do I get my bond back?
Yes, if the cabin has been returned in the same condition with no damage then we will quickly send you your bond back.
Is there a collection fee?
No need to worry about a collection fee as this is included in the delivery setup cost at the start of rental term.
What do I do when I’m finished with MyCabinMate?
Simply email & or call MyCabinMate 3-4 weeks in advance.
Is there a minimum rental period?
Our minimum rental period is 6 months but we’re more than happy to negotiate rental periods to suit your situations.
What Could Fit Inside My Cabin?
Think of our Cabin’s as a small room. Whether you want to make your cabin into an office or make it into a spare bedroom, it’s completely up to you. You can generally fit all bed and office supplies in your Cabin Mate. Have a look at what our happy customers have done with their Cabin Mates HERE.
Do they have carpet?
We don’t currently provide carpets but we do supply modern PVC Laminate floor tiles for hygiene, comfort and elegance.
Do they have curtains?
Yes, we don’t just have your average curtains either. We provide you with fully insulated curtains.
Do the wheels stay on?
In most cases the wheels would stay on the cabins, If you would like them removed the MyCabinMate team can professional take them off for you.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes, different areas have delivery charges. The approximate cost for delivery is $220.
Do you deliver the cabins?
Yes we send our friendly CabinMate team to deliver all cabins to site to set up and get everything created.
Is a bond required?
Yes, we generally require $300. To provide payment relief this can be paid in just 3 Installments.
What colours are they?
An elegant and premium White and grey are available at this stage, other colours will be added shortly after professional longevity and quality checks are complete.
Are the cabins painted?
Yes, We paint our Cabins with premium paint in a neutral colour of your choosing to ensure longevity.
What electrical access does it have?
The Cabinmate comes with a 15 metre power cord with 10 amp fuse box attached to the cabin. 4 double power points and Broadband / USB sockets.
How do I connect the power?
Simply just connect the 15 metre power cord that we supply with the adaptor to a normal household power supply.
How much room will I need for my cabin?
Please ensure you have approximately 5m x 3m of reasonably level ground (our cabins can sit on uneven terrain). If you’re unsure, site checks are available in some areas. To ensure this please talk to your local team to find out how they can help.
What if access is to narrow?
Not an issue, at the customers expense we can easily arrange a crane/hiab.
How wide do I need access to be?
Our cabins are 2.4m wide so anything wider than 3 metres is preferred.
How high are MyCabinMate’s?
The Internal Roof can range from 2.4m to 2.1m at the rear of the cabinmate.
What sizes are the Cabins?
We currently have two polished Cabin Mates to purchase or rent. Our first option is our 3.6m by 2.4m cosy Cabin and our second and more desired cabin is the spacious 4.2m by 2.4m Cabin. Due to the high demand in an even bigger cabin, we’re creating a 6.0m by 2.4m grand Cabin!
What areas do MyCabinMate service?
We currently provide our Cabins in Seq to Byron Bay but are looking to expand out to all regions within Queensland and in future the whole of Australia!
